The advanced version of the NexPTG Advanced paint thickness gauge provides even faster, more accurate, and intuitive vehicle testing.

This model is equipped with a Lacquer Coating Analysis System (SAPL), which facilitates the identification of any interference with the coating. The movable head of the gauge allows for precise measurements on concave and convex elements, making it ideal for a comprehensive analysis of the paint condition on various contoured car surfaces.

Traditional flat probe: The flat-ended probe is optimized for quick and accurate measurements on flat and slightly curved surfaces.

High measurement accuracy: NexPTG performs up to 10 measurements per second, ensuring extreme data accuracy. It can store a total of up to 2000 measurements.

Intuitive mobile application: A free mobile application for iOS and Android systems can be downloaded for the gauge, allowing for easy data transfer and analysis of measurement results.

Automated surface recognition: The device automatically detects whether the tested surface is steel, aluminum, or galvanized, and adjusts measurement methods for optimal results.
