The advanced version of the NexPTG Standard Plus paint thickness gauge provides fast, accurate and intuitive vehicle testing.

This model is equipped with a Lacquer Coating Analysis System (SAPL), which facilitates the identification of any interference with the coating. The movable head of the gauge allows for precise measurements on concave and convex elements, making it ideal for comprehensive analysis of paint condition on various car surface shapes.

Movable spherical probe: The probe enables measurement on various shaped surfaces, including concave and convex parts of vehicles.

High measurement accuracy: NexPTG performs up to 10 measurements per second, ensuring extreme data accuracy. It can store a total of up to 300 measurements.

Intuitive mobile application: A free mobile application for iOS and Android systems can be downloaded for the gauge, allowing easy data transfer and analysis of measurement results.

Automated surface recognition: The device automatically detects whether the tested surface is steel or galvanized, and adjusts measurement methods for optimal results.
